On May 7, 2026, Li Auto officially declared that its latest model, the Li L9 Livis, will come standard with a cutting-edge 5C range extender system. This system is a fusion of Li Auto's self-developed third-generation range extender and a high-capacity 800V 5C range-extending battery. Seamlessly blending range-extending capabilities with pure electric technology, the system boasts an impressive CLTC combined range of up to 1650 kilometers and a pure electric range of 420 kilometers. Under WLTC testing conditions, the vehicle demonstrates a fuel consumption rate of merely 6.3 liters per 100 kilometers. Moreover, it supports ultra-fast charging at 420kW, enabling the battery to reach 80% capacity in a mere 10 minutes.
