On May 6, GAC Group disclosed that its automobile production volume hit 133,912 units in April 2026, marking a significant year-on-year surge of 23.28%. The aggregate production for the year to date amounted to 528,697 units, reflecting a modest year-on-year uptick of 1.71%. In the corresponding timeframe, sales figures peaked at 120,960 units, showcasing a year-on-year escalation of 3.88%, while the cumulative sales for the year so far reached 500,889 units, registering a year-on-year rise of 2.74%.
