On Thursday, Eastern Time, Tesla disclosed that its CEO, Elon Musk's total compensation for 2025 amounted to $158 billion (approximately RMB 1,078.856 trillion), all in the form of stock awards. This compensation package, approved by shareholders in November last year, could reach up to $1 trillion. The plan requires Tesla's market value to increase from $1.4 trillion to $8.5 trillion and to achieve specific operational goals, such as delivering 20 million vehicles and selling 1 million humanoid robots. Since Tesla did not meet any market value or operational targets last year, Musk's actual compensation was zero.
