On April 30, Renault Group announced that it had submitted an application to India's National Company Law Tribunal seeking approval to restructure its Indian operations. The restructuring plan aims to streamline the operational structure, including spinning off the powertrain manufacturing business into a separate entity and integrating vehicle manufacturing and sales operations. Renault is committed to solidifying India's position as its manufacturing and export hub, with a target of achieving €2 billion in annual exports by 2030.
