On April 24, MeiG Smart, in collaboration with Qualcomm, hosted the launch event for three cutting-edge smart in-cabin platform modules—QCM6650, QCM8538, and QCM8838—at MeiG Smart's exhibition stand during the Beijing Auto Show. Additionally, they showcased the 5G in-cabin AI module SRM949, which is built upon the Qualcomm QCM6650 platform. This module impresses with its CPU computing prowess of 140KDMIPS, GPU performance reaching 1.0TFLOPS, and AI computing capability of 6TOPS, all while supporting the Android 16 operating system. Its well-balanced computing power, robust multimedia processing abilities, and full-fledged 5G communication functionalities adhere to the stringent AEC-Q104 automotive-grade standards, offering comprehensive intelligent support for key smart cockpit functions, including central control entertainment, instrument display, AVM surround view, DMS/OMS cabin monitoring, and T-BOX connectivity.
