On April 24, the 2026 Beijing International Automotive Exhibition officially kicked off. Under the theme of “AI Transforms the World,” XPENG unveiled three major physical manifestations of AI technology: AI-powered vehicles, flying cars, and AI-driven robots. Among these innovations, the flying car, dubbed the “Land Aircraft Carrier,” has already garnered 7,000 pre-orders and is slated to commence mass production this year. Additionally, the humanoid robot, IRON, made its debut and is also anticipated to enter mass production within the year.
