Xiaomi's founder, Lei Jun, has made an announcement that a fully disassembled version of the next-generation SU7 body will be on display at the Beijing Auto Show. This unique exhibit will provide an in-depth look at the vehicle's safety design, quality, and craftsmanship. Previously, Lei Jun conducted a live-streamed disassembly of the SU7 Pro model, where engineers meticulously took apart the entire vehicle into its individual components over the course of 3.5 hours. In a transparent and educational process, Lei Jun, accompanied by core engineers and industry experts, disassembled and explained each part, covering six core modules. This initiative aimed to highlight Xiaomi's robust R&D capabilities, sophisticated manufacturing processes, and stringent quality control standards. Following the disassembly, the engineers dedicated over 7 hours to reassembling all the components, successfully reconstructing the vehicle to its original form.
