The Shangjie Z7 series, the inaugural mid-to-large-sized pure electric coupe under the Shangjie brand of Hongmeng Zhixing, has witnessed a continuous surge in order volume. Following the announcement of a milestone 60,000 orders on April 12th, the cumulative orders have now surpassed 70,000 units. This series, a collaborative effort between SAIC and Huawei, is equipped with Huawei's cutting-edge technological configurations as standard. It offers two powertrain choices: a single-motor rear-wheel drive and a dual-motor four-wheel drive, boasting a maximum CLTC range of up to 905 kilometers. In terms of design, the Shangjie Z7 series embodies a sporty aesthetic and features an innovative interior layout. Its primary competitors include the Tesla Model 3, Xiaomi SU7, among others, making it particularly attractive to young consumers and female users. The official launch of the Shangjie Z7 series is scheduled for April 22nd, 2026, at the Hongmeng Zhixing Spring New Product Launch Event.
