On April 17th, Kang Bo, the Vice President of Seres Group, made an announcement stating that AITO has officially become a part of Yianqi, the ultra-fast charging joint venture that was co-founded by BMW and Mercedes-Benz. In this venture, each party—BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and AITO—holds an equal stake of 33.3%. According to the terms of the cooperation agreement, owners of AITO vehicles will be entitled to the same exclusive charging privileges as those enjoyed by BMW and Mercedes-Benz vehicle owners.
