The U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) said on Tuesday that Ford Motor will recall 422,613 vehicles in the United States, involving Lincoln Navigator, Ford Explorer SUVs, and some F-Series pickup trucks, because the wiper arms of these vehicles may break, causing the wipers to fail.
