The intelligent connected vehicle sector is now entering a fresh stage, marked by the profound integration of 'vehicle-road-cloud synergy' and AI large models. On March 28th, during the 2026 National Conference on New Quality Productivity and Intelligent Industry Development, a suite of 12 group standards, encompassing 'intelligent connected vehicles' and 'intelligent driving on complex roads,' was officially rolled out. These standards, born out of the transformation of achievements from national key research and development initiatives, were collaboratively crafted by the Chinese Association of Automation alongside 11 universities and research institutions. Their primary objective is to expedite the transformation and application of common key technologies, thereby bridging the standard voids in critical domains.
