On the afternoon of March 24th, the Hunan Provincial Government convened working discussions with BYD in Changsha. Governor Mao Weiming of Hunan expressed his aspiration for BYD to capitalize on its industry-leading position to expand its production capabilities within Hunan and contribute to the establishment of a new energy vehicle industrial cluster in the province. Wang Chuanfu, Chairman of BYD, affirmed that the company would enhance its investment in Hunan, spearhead the application of innovative products and technologies—such as second-generation blade batteries and flash charging technology—within the province, create a 'Flash Charging City', and foster the high-quality development of the new energy vehicle sector.
