On March 20, data from the QCC app revealed that Guangdong Weiling Automotive Components Co., Ltd. has recently undergone a change in its industrial and commercial registration, with its registered capital surging from 200 million yuan to 1.2 billion yuan—a substantial 500% increase. Founded in October 2018 and legally represented by Qiu Xiangwei, the company’s operations encompass the research and development, design, manufacturing, sales, and technical services of automotive and motorcycle components, along with related products. Midea Group maintains a dominant 95% stake in the subsidiary.
