On March 19, Xiaomi Auto proudly introduced its latest SU7 model, a vehicle whose door handle safety design adheres meticulously to the new national standards slated for implementation in 2027. This innovative design boasts a triple safety redundancy system: the external mechanical door handles are engineered to unlock automatically following a collision, enabling easy emergency access from outside the vehicle; the door lock incorporates a redundant backup power supply, guaranteeing seamless unlocking in the aftermath of a collision; and an emergency mechanical handle is conveniently located inside the vehicle, allowing occupants to open the door without needing to unlock the central control system.
