This partnership will see the two entities join forces in the areas of overseas business risk protection and financing support. By doing so, they aim to offer more competitive financing solutions to CATL's global clientele, thereby paving the way for the company's high-quality overseas expansion. In 2025, CATL reported a revenue of RMB 423.7 billion, with overseas revenue contributing 30.6% to the total. Additionally, the company held a 30% market share in the overseas power battery sector.
