On March 12, automotive website Electrek reported that a woman in Texas, USA, has filed a lawsuit against Tesla, seeking damages exceeding $1 million. Previously, her Cybertruck, while engaged in FSD mode, attempted to drive straight off an overpass in Houston but collided with a concrete barrier. The lawsuit accuses Tesla of negligence in hiring and retaining Musk as CEO and lists 16 specific acts of negligence.
