On March 11, Hesai Technology made an announcement stating that its enhanced ATX lidar model has been chosen by BAIC Group for integration into several vehicle models. Mass production and delivery of this product are projected to kick off as soon as the latter half of 2026. Boasting 256 channels, this lidar doubles the performance of its predecessor and has already garnered over 4 million orders.
