Tao Lin: Tesla China's Supercharger Stations Surpass 2,500, Charging Network Keeps Expanding

Tao Lin, Vice President of Tesla, divulged details regarding the progress of Tesla's charging network in China. He highlighted that China is home to the world's largest self-constructed charging network. As of now, Tesla has set up more than 2,500 Supercharger stations and over 12,000 Supercharger posts throughout the Chinese mainland. Additionally, there are over 650 Destination Charging stations in operation. Notably, some of these charging facilities are accessible to vehicles from other brands as well. Tesla's charging network is bifurcated into two main types: Supercharger stations and Destination Charging stations. By the end of 2025, Tesla had constructed over 8,182 Supercharger stations and 77,682 Supercharger posts worldwide, with expectations of further expansion in 2026.
