The California Department of Motor Vehicles stated that Tesla has taken compliance measures regarding the marketing of its vehicle's Autopilot function and will not face a 30-day sales ban in the state. The agency announced on Tuesday that Tesla has taken 'corrective actions' to avoid a sales suspension. In December last year, an administrative judge ruled that the state regulatory agency's allegations against Tesla were valid, namely that Tesla exaggerated the capabilities of Autopilot and Full Self-Driving in its marketing. Subsequently, Tesla was given 90 days to achieve compliance.
