On February 16th, NIO made an exciting announcement: on February 15th, 2026, its daily battery swap count soared to 146,649 swaps, marking a new all-time high. Previously, on February 6th, NIO hit a significant milestone by reaching 100 million battery swaps. This achievement underscores the widespread acceptance and validation of the battery swap model by users and the market, solidifying its position as a mainstream energy replenishment solution for new energy vehicles in China. At present, NIO has established a nationwide network of over 8,600 charging and battery swap stations, including more than 3,700 battery swap stations. Among these, over 1,000 stations are strategically located along highways, covering 9 vertical and 11 horizontal major urban clusters and linking up 550 cities across the country.
