On February 4, 2026, the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration revealed that, owing to a flawed design in the trailer tow module, there is a risk that the trailer lights might not illuminate properly, and the brake system could become non-functional. As a result, Chrysler has initiated a recall of 456,287 vehicles in total. This recall encompasses various models, notably including the 2024 to 2026 Jeep Wagoneer S.
