On Thursday, Waymo made an official announcement stating that it has launched its autonomous driving pickup and drop-off service at San Francisco International Airport. This service is initially available to a carefully chosen group of users, with the intention of gradually rolling it out to all users over the next few months. At the outset, designated pickup and drop-off points will be established at the airport's car rental center. Later on, the service will be extended to cover more locations, including the airport terminals.
