The Jeran Road Research Institute has just published its "2025 New Energy Vehicle Product Quality Study." This comprehensive study encompassed 57 brands and amassed more than 5,700 valid samples. A significant majority of the vehicle owners surveyed had been in possession of their cars for a period ranging from 2 to 12 months.
The study meticulously categorized quality and design issues along three distinct dimensions. These were further broken down into 8 primary categories and 35 secondary categories, resulting in the identification of a total of 6,950 issues. Notably, problems related to noise, exterior components, and intelligent configurations emerged as the most prevalent concerns.
Furthermore, the study also presented the "New Energy Vehicle Product Quality Ranking (Brands)." This ranking showcased the 10 brands with the lowest product quality risk index, which essentially translates to the highest reliability. The brands were listed in the following order: AITO, Mercedes-Benz, Tesla, and several others.
