Based on the analysis conducted by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM), by 2025, the production volume of passenger vehicles is projected to reach 30.27 million units, while the sales volume is expected to hit 30.103 million units. These figures signify year-on-year growth rates of 10.2% and 9.2%, respectively. Within this context, domestic passenger vehicle sales in December amounted to 2.206 million units, marking a month-on-month decrease of 8.6% and a year-on-year decline of 18.1%. However, the total domestic sales volume for the entire year demonstrated resilience, reaching 24.065 million units, which reflects a 6.4% increase compared to the previous year. Regarding exports, 641,000 passenger vehicles were shipped overseas in December, indicating a 2.8% month-on-month rise and a substantial 50.5% year-on-year surge. For the whole year, the total export volume soared to 6.038 million units, representing a notable 21.9% increase on an annual basis.
