On January 18, 2026, Lizhong Group revealed that its wholly-owned entity, Lizhong Alloy Group, inked a “Strategic Cooperation Agreement for a Joint Innovation Laboratory” with a top-tier domestic new energy vehicle manufacturer. The duo is set to co-found a “Joint Innovation Laboratory”. Their shared goal is to optimize the allocation of talent and resources, capitalize on each other's technological prowess, and jointly drive the research, development, and utilization of automotive aluminum alloys, along with boosting the production and application of associated components. The collaborative efforts will span material R&D, standard formulation, technical cooperation, and project implementations.
