The auction items included the real estate located at No. 1 Tongda Road, Changshu City, as well as equipment, facilities, spare parts, etc., within the factory area. The assessed value was approximately 1.535 billion yuan, and the starting bid for the second auction was approximately 859.6 million yuan.
