On January 15, information from the Qichacha APP indicated that Qiji Automotive Technology (Suqian) Co., Ltd. has been newly established, with Xiao Ning appointed as its legal representative. The company's operational scope encompasses a wide array of activities, including automotive parts research and development (R&D), new material technology R&D, artificial intelligence public data platforms, sales of AI hardware, and intelligent robot R&D, to name a few. A detailed equity structure analysis conducted through Qichacha disclosed that the newly formed company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Qiji Automotive Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. This parent company is co-owned by entities such as Juexing Gongjin (Guangzhou) Automotive Technology Partnership (Limited Partnership) and GAC Group.
