Specifically, the production volume soared to 34.531 million units, while sales reached 34.4 million units. These figures represent robust year-on-year growth rates of 10.4% and 9.4%, respectively. Notably, this achievement sets another historical record, solidifying China's position as the world's leading automotive market for the 17th consecutive year. Furthermore, the production and sales volumes of new energy vehicles (NEVs) both surpassed 16 million units, with NEVs accounting for over 50% of domestic new car sales—a testament to the country's rapid transition towards sustainable mobility.
