In light of the operational suspensions at certain dealerships, notably the Henan Zhongyuan and Guiyang Mengguan Porsche Centers, Porsche China issued a statement on January 13th. The company emphasized its proactive role in mediating discussions and negotiations with pertinent credit-issuing banks. It also pledged to swiftly roll out protection schemes aimed at safeguarding customer rights and interests. Specifically, for customers who have already paid deposits but have not yet taken delivery of their vehicles, tailored protection schemes will be implemented. Additionally, customers impacted by the after-sales service disruptions can still avail themselves of official maintenance packages and original factory warranty services at alternative Porsche Centers. Porsche China underscored that, given the repercussions of the financial chain challenges faced by Dong'an Holding Group, it remains committed to addressing the genuine hardships encountered by customers and upholding its brand obligations.
