Recently, the Information and Communication Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology unveiled a list of 13 exemplary cases showcasing how value-added telecom services are propelling new industrialization forward. Projects from industry giants such as Baidu, Alibaba Cloud, China Mobile, China Unicom, and Cainiao have made it onto this prestigious list. Notably, Cainiao has constructed a sophisticated intelligent logistics system tailored for an auto parts manufacturing enterprise's "lights-out factory" (a fully automated factory that operates without human intervention). Leveraging cutting-edge AI and automation technologies, Cainiao's system has dramatically enhanced operational efficiency: it has tripled the storage capacity, boosted path planning efficiency by 98%, and increased human productivity by over 50%. This achievement sets a new benchmark for digital and intelligent transformation within the manufacturing sector. Beyond that, Cainiao has also successfully implemented a transportation service system for international events, facilitating seamless venue navigation and efficient public transportation services. At present, Cainiao's logistics technology products have been deployed across 27 countries and regions globally, with a portfolio boasting over 800 collaborative projects.
