Recently, the former Dongfeng Honda Engine Co., Ltd. has successfully wrapped up its industrial and commercial registration modifications, with Dongfeng Group Corporation and other stakeholders withdrawing from the equation. GAC Honda Automobile Co., Ltd. has now emerged as the sole shareholder, prompting the company to adopt a new name: GAC Honda Engine Co., Ltd. Earlier, GAC Group gave the green light for GAC Honda to purchase the 50% stake owned by Dongfeng Group, setting the minimum listing price at RMB 1.172 billion. Following the transaction, the shareholding structure between GAC Group and Honda within GAC Honda remains unaltered, maintaining a 50%:50% ratio.
