As per a report from Xinhua News Agency, figures unveiled by the Israel Automobile Importers Association on the 2nd revealed that the Jetour 7 model, manufactured by the Chinese automaker Chery, emerged as Israel's top-selling car in 2025. Throughout the year, approximately 13,000 units of this model were sold. The Hyundai Kona from South Korea took the second spot, with roughly 12,000 units sold. In 2025, Chinese-branded cars witnessed a cumulative sales volume of 101,000 units in Israel, securing the first place. South Korean brands followed in second with 52,000 units, while Japanese brands ranked third, having sold 41,000 units. In the realm of pure electric vehicles, Chinese brands dominated, capturing a 79.2% market share and selling a grand total of 46,000 units over the course of the year.
