It explicitly states that in 2026, they will persist in implementing policies aimed at large-scale equipment upgrades and consumer goods trade-in programs. These policies are designed to bolster the renewal of new energy urban buses and facilitate the electrification transition of urban bus fleets. Specifically, the policy will maintain its support for the renewal of new energy urban buses and the replacement of their power batteries. Subsidy standards will adhere to the "Implementation Rules for Subsidies for the Renewal of New Energy Urban Buses and Power Batteries in 2025." On average, each vehicle undergoing renewal will receive a subsidy of 80,000 yuan, while those opting for power battery replacements will be eligible for an average subsidy of 42,000 yuan per vehicle.
