Recently, Qoros Automotive Co., Ltd. has found itself embroiled in a fresh bankruptcy review case. The party initiating the application is Shenzhen Xinben Supply Chain Co., Ltd., and the case has been officially taken up by the Intermediate People's Court of Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province. The court highlighted that owing to Qoros Automotive's prolonged failure to pay for goods and its evident lack of financial solvency, creditors have resorted to legal actions to protect their rights and interests. As of December 23, Qoros Automotive has been subjected to a cumulative total of 31 equity freezes, with the total amount involved surpassing 35 billion yuan.
