On December 23, LY ITECH announced the latest progress on its acquisition of the controlling stake in Jiangsu Kedastern Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. Currently, the company has completed the relevant delivery procedures and successfully acquired 60% of Jiangsu Keda's equity for RMB 240 million in cash. After the transaction, Jiangsu Keda officially becomes a controlled subsidiary of LY ITECH and is included in the consolidated financial statements.
