Geely Automobile has released an official announcement, proclaiming the successful conclusion of Zeekr's privatization process. All the transaction stipulations detailed in the merger agreement, encompassing both the privatization and merger aspects, have been duly fulfilled. The relevant transactions were officially wrapped up on December 22, 2025. In accordance with the privatization blueprint, Geely Automobile has taken full ownership by acquiring all issued and outstanding shares, as well as the American Depositary Shares of Zeekr. During the merger, the subsidiary company involved in the merging process successfully completed its integration with Zeekr. Subsequently, Zeekr continues its business operations as the surviving entity in this corporate restructuring. As a direct outcome of this process, Zeekr has now transitioned into a wholly-owned subsidiary of Geely Automobile. Additionally, it has ceased to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange, marking a significant milestone in its corporate evolution.
