On the evening of December 22, Geely Auto issued a notice via the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, stating that the board of directors had confirmed the fulfillment of all prerequisites for the transactions (encompassing privatization and merger processes) outlined in the merger agreement. These transactions were successfully concluded on the same day. As a result, Zeekr has shifted its status from an indirectly non-wholly owned subsidiary to an indirectly wholly owned subsidiary of Geely Auto. Consequently, Zeekr's financial performance will now be fully incorporated into the group's consolidated financial statements.
