On December 22, the inaugural tooling prototype vehicle of the emerging automotive brand 'Yijing,' which was co-developed by Dongfeng Motor and Huawei Qiankun, successfully rolled off the production line. The brand's maiden model is a full-sized SUV. As per the outlined plan, the first mass-produced iteration of this model is set to make its grand entrance at the Beijing Auto Show in April 2026, with an anticipated market launch slated for the same year. Looking ahead, Yijing has ambitions to introduce a minimum of one new model annually, steadily constructing a diverse, multi-tiered, and multi-model product lineup.
