On December 9, JIYUE Automobile published two crucial documents: the Notice to All Creditors and the Announcement on Creditors' Declaration of Claims. According to the Notice to All Creditors, any entity or individual currently in possession of vehicles, equipment, or other assets from Shanghai Jidu Automobile Co., Ltd., due to creditor - debtor relationships (such as leasing or custodianship arrangements), is required to promptly reach out to the interim administrator upon receiving this notice. They must then legally transfer the assets back and fulfill their obligation to declare their claims. Moreover, it is explicitly and strictly forbidden for any entity or individual to take unauthorized actions regarding the company's assets. This includes, but is not limited to, possessing, dismantling, disposing of, or transferring these assets without proper authorization.
