This groundbreaking technology breaks through the processing constraints associated with ultra-large thin-walled structural components, enabling, for the very first time, the production of an integrated all-aluminum frame with a projected surface area of 4.2 square meters and wall thicknesses spanning from 4 to 50 millimeters.

Traditionally, all-aluminum frames are constructed by assembling numerous individual parts, a process that is not only intricate but also costly. Moreover, the connection points in these assemblies often represent vulnerabilities in terms of structural rigidity and safety. In contrast, Hangte Equipment's innovation streamlines the frame design into a single, integrated casting. This approach minimizes the number of weak connection points, thereby enhancing the overall structural stability and safety of the frame.

The manufacturing process is meticulously monitored in real-time through an intelligent control system. This system ensures a steady and precise injection of aluminum alloy liquid into an extra-large mold cavity under a carefully regulated low-pressure environment. The result is a flawless filling and uniform solidification of the metal, even in ultra-thin wall sections.
