HONGMENG INTELLIGENT AUTOMOTIVE SOLUTIONS AITO has unveiled a purchase tax subsidy scheme for the AITO M9, M8, 2026 M7, and M5 models. Customers who place a firm order from 00:00 on December 1, 2025, to 24:00 on December 31, 2025, and whose vehicle delivery is postponed to 2026 due to reasons beyond their control, will be eligible for a year-end purchase tax subsidy of up to 15,000 yuan. This subsidy will be provided either as a direct deduction from the final vehicle payment or as a cash subsidy. The specific subsidy amount will be calculated based on the difference in purchase tax according to the vehicle's configuration. Moreover, AITO has also introduced a comparable purchase tax guarantee policy, extending the subsidy period until December 31. Beginning January 1, 2026, China's purchase tax policy for new energy vehicles will transition from full exemption to a 50% reduction. Given this policy shift and the year-end sales rush, the new energy vehicle market is anticipated to witness a significant uptick in consumer demand.
