Recently, during the 2025 Automotive Technology and Equipment Development Forum, the Weijing Yuxing VS919 series chip stood out and was honored with the “Innovation Award for Pioneering Automotive Technology and Equipment Development.”
As the inaugural domestically produced intelligent driving chip to incorporate an ASIL-D level safety island, this series is designed to support single-chip integration for both driving and parking functionalities. It boasts a fully in-house-developed architecture that seamlessly integrates CPU, NPU, GPU, DSP, and MCU. This integration results in exceptional computational prowess and energy efficiency. Notably, its power consumption remains below 10W, thereby negating the necessity for supplementary cooling mechanisms.
The chip has successfully undergone ISO26262 ASIL-D functional safety product certification and AEC-Q100 automotive-grade reliability certification. Furthermore, it has secured Proof of Concept (POC) projects with two prominent domestic OEMs, with expectations for mass production and vehicle integration set for the end of 2025.
