On November 24th, RoboSense and DiDi Autonomous Driving announced a designated cooperation for new generation Robotaxi models. RoboSense will provide DiDi Autonomous Driving's Robotaxi models with a digital LiDAR perception solution through its primary LiDAR EM4 and all-solid-state blind-spot-filling LiDAR E1, achieving omnidirectional perception coverage with 'long-range precise identification + short-range blind spot elimination.' Each Robotaxi from DiDi Autonomous Driving will be equipped with 10 digital LiDARs from RoboSense, creating a new generation of autonomous driving benchmark models capable of continuous operation around the clock and in all weather conditions.
