On November 11, Xinbang Intelligence released an announcement. It revealed that during the process of liquidating its assets, creditor's rights, and debts, its controlled subsidiary, Guangzhou Xinde New Energy Vehicle Components Co., Ltd., found that its assets were insufficient to cover all its debts. In accordance with the law, the subsidiary has thus submitted an application for bankruptcy liquidation to the Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court, and this application has been duly accepted. Once the court appoints an administrator to take charge, Xinbang Intelligence will relinquish its control over Guangzhou Xinde. As a result, this subsidiary will no longer be part of the consolidated financial statements.
