On November 10, Bojun Technology (300926.SZ) disclosed that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhejiang Bojun Industrial Technology Co., Ltd., is set to ink a cooperation pact with the Hangzhou Qianjin Intelligent Manufacturing Park Management Office. This agreement aims to establish an automotive parts production base in the Qiantang District of Hangzhou.

The overall planned investment for this project reaches a staggering 1 billion yuan, and it will occupy a construction land area of roughly 83 acres. The primary focus of the project lies in manufacturing automotive parts. Once completed, it is anticipated to churn out 24 million sets of automotive body parts on an annual basis.

According to the terms in the land transfer contract, construction of the project will kick off within six months from the date of land delivery. Moreover, it is expected to successfully pass the completion acceptance within 36 months.
