By November 2, a number of automakers had already unveiled their sales or delivery data for October. Spurred on by the automotive market's peak season, emerging automakers such as Leapmotor, XPENG, NIO, and Xiaomi Motors each reported monthly deliveries surpassing 40,000 units. Meanwhile, some traditional automakers also set new benchmarks in their new energy vehicle sales. Industry experts noted that the 2025 vehicle trade-in policy has provided a substantial boost to the market, leading to expectations that annual production and sales volumes could see an upward revision. New energy vehicle sales are now projected to exceed 16 million units.
