Adam Jonas, an analyst at Morgan Stanley and a staunch supporter of Tesla, articulated in his most recent report that Tesla has successfully surmounted the technical hurdles associated with autonomous driving. The company now boasts the capacity to largely dispense with safety drivers in major urban areas. Jonas underscored that Tesla's own prudent strategy is the sole remaining impediment to the widespread implementation of driverless operations at present. He projected that if Tesla's Full Self-Driving (FSD) feature attains a 12% user adoption rate, priced at $99 per month, the company's quarterly revenue could soar to $300 million. Extrapolating from the year-end churn rate, this would translate to an annualized revenue figure of roughly $1.2 billion.
