In the video, she explained that she found herself unable to open the car doors, a rather perplexing situation. However, to her surprise, the trunk remained accessible and operated normally.
With no other option at hand, she had to resort to an unconventional method of entering the vehicle—climbing in through the trunk. After finally getting inside the car, she discovered that the car's interface indicated it was in the midst of a system upgrade, which presumably caused the door malfunction.
