On September 24, 2025, the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) granted the first-ever autonomous driving test license, numbered 001, to Luobo Kuaipao, Baidu's autonomous driving ride-hailing platform. On that very same day, at the Dubai World Autonomous Transport Congress, Luobo Kuaipao set up a booth where it proudly displayed a vehicle bearing the license plate numbered 001. To date, Luobo Kuaipao has extended its operations to 16 cities across the globe, amassing a cumulative safe driving distance of over 200 million kilometers.
