In fact, Chery Automobile’s public offering was fully subscribed soon after it commenced on Wednesday. Based on the listing documents, Chery Automobile intends to raise as much as HK$9.14 billion through the issuance of 297.4 million H-shares, with each share priced between HK$27.75 and HK$30.75.
